Practice Manager
At the ripe old age of 18 Helio started his career in the Army as a Cavalry Lieutenant in Brazil. With his leadership skills and completion of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting Helio now works side by side with Senior Advisers as the Practice Manager of Navigate Financial Manly.
Helio brings analytical thinking, strong communication and organization skills to his role as a Practice Manager to ensure the best possible financial strategies and experience are devised for our clients. His determination and boldness have taken him to the other side of the world but Helio is now proud to call Sydney his home.
Outside of the office, Helio enjoys going off-the-grid by spending time fishing, camping and hiking with his partner and friends.
